These workshops can be provided in multiple settings for professionals, students, parents/caregivers, pastors, etc. and can be provided in house or in community settings!

Courageous parenting seeks to equip parents to lead their children by meeting fundamental needs, setting healthy boundaries, and thriving in difficult conversations. Clinicians assist parents and children in identifying these concepts and providing unique interventions to facilitate authentic connections and positive relationships.

Pastors and leaders in the church are desperately needed partners in the mission of decreasing the mental health crisis! Mission of Hope equips church leaders to see themselves as an integral part of the team bringing the hope of Jesus into the mental health needs of individuals and families in churches. Attendees will gain practical resources, assessment tools, worksheets, and handouts!

Hope for Depression:
Feelings of sadness, emptiness, frustration, and hopelessness mixed with experiences of apathy, loss of interest, and fatigue are experienced by nearly everyone at some point in life. Some notice this seasonally, some through grief and loss, some during intense life stressors and some through mental health diagnoses. Regardless of your experience of depression, there is hope!
Attendees will:
Receive psychoeducation on the neuroscience of depression
Be equipped with very practical coping, thinking and action strategies to manage depression in healthy ways
Gain hope that you are not stuck and not alone
Hope During Grief:
Grief is something every single person will experience in their lifetime. The journey through the loss of someone or something meaningful to you can feel heavy, confusing, lonely and often impacts every area of our life. Regardless of the loss you have experienced, there is hope!
Attendees will:
Receive psychoeducation on the realities and impact of grief
Be equipped with practical strategies to help process and cope with grief
Gain hopeful ways to live with meaning in the midst of grief
Women's Winter Workshop: Hope For Anxiety, Perfectionism, & Identity

Regardless of age, we worry over the what-ifs, ruminate over negative internal dialogue, fear failure, and wonder if we are enough. This winter women's workshop will provide a powerful combination of God's truth, practical skills, and hope-filled processes to address these common battles! Women will gain helpful tools and learn about the confidence God provides to live whole and holy!
Presented by faith-based counselors, attendees will:
Gain education about how God has wired their brains and minds
Be equipped with practical coping, thinking, and action strategies to manage anxiety and perfectionism
Learn to refine and replace inaccurate thoughts with evidence and truth about their real identity
Be courageous to live out of God's best for them!

Parenting adolescents is not for the faint of heart! Parenting well and raising young people requires amazing courage! Cornerstone is honored to equip both parents and middle + high school youth with practical tools and techniques to better navigate these often rocky years of change and growth.
